hehe
the truth is fruity just use your soundcard.
that issue divide to 2 parts.. vst and recordings.
vst - just make track and export 32 bit is great.. u can also work on low samplerate then export high one
records - u cant realy record 32 bit if your souncard dont support it. most support 24 bit. remember the samplerate thing.. it should be match.or convert will be needed (cant help)
hint - for who work with luna/scope need to choose asio2 24bit driver for good/best workin sound. for m-audio its mostly workin 24 bit internal .

Fruity supports up to 32 bit floating point and has for years. That said, while I haven't bothered getting my update to the newest version yet, Fruity gave you the option to work in 16 or 32 and not 24 (GOL thought what have an intermediate level, go for perform or audio quality... I don't nessecarily agree with that idea, but I understand it). Fruity does support 24 bit sample use, but your end export options are either 16 or the full 32 (baring any changes in the most recent version....)
