Ahh... Don't think you can make it in Sound Forge..
But in IT, you get a bass sound and just write the notes. Not that difficult actually. |

bass lines ARE difficult to make, atleast for me,other shit is much more easier.
Anyway, if u are REALLY patient u can use soundforge to create a bass line.
i would recomend alot of coffee and a long weekend |

alex..
if u want to spend all day:
u can get samples of tb303 or alike.
then to begin working on the bassline...
what i heard was a fill of 4/4 rythm
with 1/16 notes of a sawtooth wave...
but each note faded during the next ...
therefore
1)u must use several channels in IT.
2)u need to play with velocity -
to make accents on the
1st,4th,7th,10th,13th and 15th steps 8-)
and the melody - u can choose any minor melody
do u know what i mean ? :-)
P.S.anyway IT can't support a really
good new sound card... so why do u
waste your time with it ?
