you can get a full free version at www.easywarez.com - your own
responsibilty. If you want to go further look for cubase,rebirth

If you just start your career as music maker
try Impulse Tracker because it's the best
software for the beginers...
After a few years like I do you can buy
A groove-box machine and a synti machine as well
