How do i create that classic psy "kick comes in effect " ?

Hi anybody who can give me some tip on how to creating that short "sweeping like" effect in psytrance that appears when the kicks comes in?
Eskimoe uses this effect very often for exampel.
If you know what i mean

more then trying to make things uve allready listened to.. create new sounds and dynamics

imao he´s not talking about reversed kicks, they got no sweepy content.
soooOO, guess you´re talking about LP filtering the kick/bass/both with pretty notchy settings. kinda rule it seems to me, appears nealry everywhere like the golden rays
jokes beside, easy done, put a filter or eq on your kickdrum/bass/master, set it to LP with a notchy slope (increase q), automate the filter frequency or LP frequency of the eq to constantly get the filter opening. dont completely open until break, so you keep it kinda secret how the track will start after that phrase. pretty often the track just starts with bass in ya face after, up to you.
eskimo and many others also like to add some bit reduction for this  play around and think yourself about how to get this pretty usual "intro" thingy kind of more interesting....
