some of u guys suck big time..
its just a question... i bet u never had any questions and always came up with mega killer unique ideas ..
its just simple saw + square combination with f.e. short reverb to give this metallic feeling..
u can do it really easy with fl-studio, there is a synth 3osc..load it select saw, square and maybe sine on the 3th osc to add more bass
or use vanguard

man, shut the fuck up!
that's damn right to say
you need to work hard to learn basic of music production, sound and mixing and nobody can start to compose basslines like that by the "feeling" or "magic" touch.
imitating and copying commercial tracks or sounds are the best ways to learn sound creation. use this forum and it's posts as reference, start to train your ears and learn&try things stuff on wide aspect. sooner or later you come up with your own songs =)

Why is everyone asking him why he wants to know?
if everyone's answer is always "experiment"/"be creative"/"it sounds stupid"/"make your own"
then how is that helpful?
Learning how to make sounds other people have already made really helps. It gives people a base to start with so they can tweak it and create their own unique sounds.
Kasmakaja's reply should be very helpful to you.
I don't particularly like the song, but it's educational to know how sounds are made, and the bass does sound interesting.

I think that even if you success to recreate this bassline, you will find it kind of boring by itself, the bassline is not really the essential part of this track, just keep that in mind...

The frequency of certain tone is determined by the tone itself and the tuning of the vst/host.
Google: Note frequencies
And you should be able to find charts with the note - frequency relationship. Or... use a spectrum analyzer to find out where your sound is peaking, that way you could easily find the fundamental tone / fq.
Since ABL is a TB emulator you won't find any ADSR envs only decay for filter and the envmod knob. You control note lenght with midi signal or the pattern itself.
If you want more control over a bass signal may i sugest Pentagon, a little old but Pentagon 1 has a very nice sound (better than abl IMHO) and of course 2 amp / filter envelopes to run serial or paralel over ur sound.
