the delay 2 ???
since when it has pitch?
if u want the build in sampler delay it probably not working since a playing note turn off the delay .. it is not real dealy effect , it emulate as if u draw in piano roll the same note with lower velocity , tricky i know but its not the same by any meening , if u limit the poliphony or working in mono mode then the delay start to become problem with this build in one..
easy way to do it is actualy in cubase (what fun is to gain both worlds advantage)
just bounce aux channel with the delay and make simple pitch bend

Render your sound as .wav file (clean sound -without any delay) than import it back in Fl Studio's Sampler. Than go to: Func - Echo delay/ fat mode on the FL Sampler.
Here you can set the number of Echoes, the feedback (it works like a volume), time, mod x,mod y and of course the PITCH rate.
And, yes..now you have a Delay who change it's Pitch sync. in time.
I used this function a lot, it works good on short effects, percutions, but i it won't work very good on long and complex melodic lines.
  NEW ALBUM OUT SOON !!!
