How can i burn IT/SM3 and other impulse trackers and similar files into regular cd so i would be able listen them in the stereo? Anyway to transform them into wave? |

You need to transform them into .wav first. If you're using Impulse Tracker, start it with the command line IT.EXE -s20 but it may create a mono file if you don't have the right file. I'll send you in ICQ next time I see you on. The file name is itwav.drv just see if it creates stereo, if not I'll send it. |

I have no impulse tracker man and don't wanna install it even. I need it at work and here i can't install anything illegal..i need some software..as far as i know winamp has an option while playing make wave file..but i don't think this would work nice with it files...any ideas?:) |

Don't use winamp, it doesn't play mods too good. You can download many freeware windows trackers, such as modplug (www.modplug.com). They have wav export there. |

Yo ppl, if you try to write WAV with modplug an it or other tracker format not all the effects from the tracker have full support.. for example if you try to convert to WAV an impulse module with Gxx, Fxx, Exx command the impulse will sound different from the modplug... so my advice is to convert all Gxx, Fxx, Exx etc.. with impulse and insert the whole line wav back to impulse, then when you wont have any more slides effects in your track convert the final version with modplug.. The reason not to convert all the track with impulse is because modplug has better sound..
