How do Artists Collaborate???

When you read in playlists or albums how this track is by A vs B or this album has two tracks by 'Artist from Sweden' VS 'Artist from Oz'.
Q: How do these artists from two different countries/ continents collaborate?
How do u figure out the logistics and stuff?
Do you swap unedited files online? Or do u mail each other the tracks you've made and than correspond to alter the tracks??

That does sound easy.
But what about artists you dont know, never met , just like their music and feel your talents +his/her talents combine to make a 'killargh' track.
How do u go about that???

Never made a collab with someone that I hadn't connected to his music.
There is no difference man, you asked how artists collaborate while being in different countries. I never met Threshold, we made our first track which made it to the track of the month on iDJ magazine, placed #6 on bbc radio buzz charts and played by the biggest DJ's. When you collaborate you pick the parts that you more weak or just give you the push-up for the work.
