well im from goa and was just a bit too curious to know how did russian trance orginate..was is totally an electronic birth or did it originate from rock??????

Maybe from rave? =) As for rock - old hippies of rock era were hemp lovers too, afaik =))
And hard/acid trance/techno/rave parties began in Moscow/SPb in 93/94, I remember ppl like Julian & Chris Liberators smashing Aerodance club, and then some guys went to Goa around 95/96 & the culture mutated, you can imagine how =)) |

fire dance is right-from the rave scene, just like in most places of the world
