he does indeed mean like psyshop or chaos unlimited (my personal favourite)
it is (almost) certainly available there - i hope the postage and packing is not too prohibitive an expense for you dude 
(i've no idea what it will cost from eg uk to israel especially if you want it to arrive reasonably quickly)

Hey Yat i saw 13 Skulls in shops like Zeus in TA central station and Tower Rec. in Opera Towers but Infinity Project? I think it's a sold out for some years now. Never Seen it in any shop ever...
