psy music is a very genrely speaking.
there's alot elements that toghether form a track strcture.
as i see from your post u kinda new in this so here is my advices for:
1. take some time to know your software.
(play,tweak & try new things on here)
2.try listen to music and lots of it( first of all it's fun hhh  and second u will start to see the structure of a track)
3.work on a comftrble envoirment
i have many more but i'm tiered bur those are realy helpfull nots ( for me atleast)
and as an A to your Q
psy rythem?
u make this sound it has to be same thing so
start writing nots on your piano roll and playback it till u realze that in this kinda music anything is possible hhhhhhhh
