how can i automap my Edirol PCR-300 controller?

Hi all , I'm using cuabse 5 and i want to automap my keybaord to work with VSTs lets say nob 1 will be attack nob 2 decay etc.
I installed the PCR editor and i was told it should do the job but i don't have a clue what to do with it..i'll be glad if someone tell me how it's done.  |

set it up in cubase device panel(where you choose your sounddriver etc)
as generic remote and either use quick controls or the learn tab in generic remote option..
