The beginning?

Sounds like reverb + delay + gate (specific pattern ofc)

aye its a gated vocal sample +delay+verb.

no offense but it doesnt sound very special, sounds very easy..

try araldfx stormgate

set up a vocal sample (look for non western vocals) (maby timestrech it so its longer)
add a sidechain gate, and a verb+delay after it
now setup another synth channel and feed its input into the gate, draw in staccato notes = profit!

Hm maybe I should have added that, I always hate it when people don't explain properly

but hey I never though about timestretching a vowel damn, because I love those but couldnt find fitting samples nowhere

Thank you. As for sounding speacial, it can sound very good when a good melody line is synced with the rhythm , specially in making a mystical melody, in goa , dark whatever. Anyways thnx for helping . Peace

you can also achieve this effect with fast lfo rate (waveform square) to amp =tremolo. Or use a gate. And put a reverb on it as already said.

Yeh its common gated effect , but you can try apply lfo to the amp and use square waveform or other shape that sounds nice to you.
