How about a new General Off-topic forum?

Hello,

instead of dividing up the off topic into books, movies, travel etc. couldn't we have a general off-topic forum for any general thing. example: Science, Politics, Conspiracy Theories. I mean you could combine all the off-topic into one or just add another forum for everything else in the universe. What do you think?
