hello, i'm looking for the sounds on the hospitals, encephalogram samples, electronic noises etc...
but it's very difficult to find this.

You might want to listen to Cosmosis - Flatliners, they used this effect in there.

if u'r in israel, try "mada"... they are real life savers, and if they don't have calls, they'll cooperate i think.
and if you are in russia, sadly, there's nothing in the ambulance you can't record for a nice and clear bottle of vodka, but still, you will have to go to a hospitals "emergency" departament ["travma"]

Dress up as a doctor, grab your minidisk and a mike, go to your local hospital and record whatever suits your needs...

shroomy, in addition to the dress u need a special serious look in the eyes
but guys, i meant seriously: during silent shifts the emergency people are happy to have any entertainment.
tell them the truth they won't opose, or if you can't [hmm] & u'r young tell them u are your school's radio operator, and tell them u make a jingle for a new radio program about school emergencies [bad teachers , news etc. etc.]
send them the "jingle" after the mastering
P.S.
in israel there are many machines "that go piiiiing" in the ambulance, and the semi-automatic defibrilators [for the sake of exactness "LifePack-12"] have now very pleasant female voices telling you "Shock Advised!" ... and then, it goes with that famous sweeeeeeeep and then it gives u a shock of 280j [if i am not wrong ]
recommended for a great track.

Regarding the machine that goes "Pingggg"
Well, I didn't go to a hospital emergency room and record it that's for sure
I made the sound with an Access Virus using a sine wave.
