Unless you're talking about Hoppy Hopkins, the elder gentleman, who started putting on Psychedelic parties in the 60's, like the 14 Hour Technicolour Dream etc etc

...  hehe... yup i just had a flick through 'Liquid Crystal Vision' DVD and didn't see 'Hopi' (Dragonfly).... so must mean 'Hoppy Hopkins' innit!
