hard to comment on a 80 kbps file but i'll try anyway.

the bass is "smeared"... try to make shorter notes, cut a bit on the 100hz area and give it some "click" at the start - use an envelope on whatever instrument made the sound.
overall atmosphere is great - spooky and mechanic - but it gets boring very soon. you need more things happening in your track. varieties in sound, transitions, some little things coming for a second and stuff like that. don't make it part a+part b+ part c, make it morph between the parts - it will sound a whole lot better.
2:31 the new lead here sound off tune or off something. it just doesn't fit, not to mention being quite bad on it's own.
4:17 new melody here is quite good, but how does it fit into the rest of the track? also the sound of it can be much better. automate filters and other parameters. also add effects - a simple flanger can make a big difference.
you got potential - but have some skills to learn as yet. good luck

sounds pretty sweet to me
but looks some stuff, im sure u can agree with me on that..
when it comes to the production its impossible to say in this quality..
anyway this makes me think about a nighty vibe like xerox & illumination. keep working man, and i would love to hear this in higher quality.
anyway keep working on the track.. the structure of the elements is fairly good.. maybe some more percussion to make stuff more interesting..
and some sounds here and there to make things happen..
i think as an artist one need to take advantage of every down-hill up-hill of a track
cheers
