It is funny how this scene can be homophobic, when wanna-be-hippies-with-saloon-made-dreads are soooo gay... |

Usually, it is the ones that are the most outwards homophobic (yeah, like you) that really has a skeleton or two in their closet.
Sure you don't have a little secret? Isn't it time to come out of the closet now? C'mon, join your local pride-parade!! |

It's your choice, just like it's your choice to be gay or not. |

it's like
the other day someone posted this link to a japanese video of these guys in the street pulling down the panties of ladies wearing skirts... check at isra links... man i laughed, i and did it really seriously...
but offcourse it had to appear someone to say it's sick and call the poster a nutter, and after it 10 posters followed, they probably laughed before, but something have told them don't laugh, it's ugly... post a complaint
@DWH
the problem is exactly that, the major percentage (i know) of male homosexuals had to come out of the closet... again, why? where's the point on letting us know about it?
they have a lot of problems, they want freedom to do this and that, but what should they naturally expect?
there's a system implemented, working, with lots of problems already, and now come this couloured butterflies that want everything and if the dominant elite doesn't correspond to their demands they are automatically the martirs, because there are non gays who understand them...
and there are hundreds of reasons for not coresponding to this and that demand, that isn't just you're all abnormal freaks

What the hell is the point behind hiding behind a fascade? Why would you pretend to be something that you are not just to fit into a status quo? This goes well beyond the psy scene and more into the nature of humans as a whole. That would be like me going out of my way to bleach my skin and straighten my hair because of the fear that I would not be accepted by you people because I am african-american. Of course many of you would say, that I shouldn't have to do so because it is who I am and that's something that cannot be changed. I agree, and also feel that who you are isn't just the color of your skin, your social upbringing, your economic class, your beliefs, where you grew up, whether you're a male or female or both, or who you choose to sleep with. Many people discriminate others because their ways are different from the way the individual believes. They do not understand those lifestyles, and as such they fear those individuals too. There are some cultures where homosexuality was tolerated and condoned, cultures that are a hell of a lot older than many other ones at that. I respect the fact that many of you have belief systems that do not allow you to come to condonement with acts of homosexuality, but at the same time you are tolerant of people that do not share the same spirtual beliefs, or social upbringing. Why is this any different. I'm sure many people of the Jewish faith would have a major issue if someone were to complain during a Jewish holy day about how people of that faith brandished their beliefs in public. Perhaps many of you haven't had a real opportunity to step outside of your "bubble" and don't realize that it takes ALL TYPES OF PEOPLE to make this world work. Everyone has their point of view and are entitled to it, but please remember that you have to deal with all types of people in this world and life usually goes a lot smoother if you don't go out of your way to piss them off.

I was going to make a comment this morning but then i changed my mind because this is a serious issue. Homosexuality is as old as Greece and it's been present through the centuries to follow. Is it morally wrong? To the rigid conservatives-yes. Those are the people who would bash gay people publicly and without any second thoughts whether they might hurt someone's feelings.
Guys bash gay people because of their sense of masculine pride. It takes time for people to evolve to become better humans, and that includes gaining understanding for EVERYBODY. Before i would look down upon some gay people because of their feminine behavior. But it's there and i don't mind it anymore because every living being has a right to be whatever it chooses as long as they don't interfere and impose on others.
Here is what i don't like about gay people and i am admitting it without any shame. I don't like the kind of guys that are rude, loud and exhibit flamboyant behavior. I see such people everywhere. In school, restaurants, clubs, the movies, the beach...everywhere. The thing is that these people do that because they like the attention and because they KNOW that noone can say anything to them.
There was a time when i saw two gays at a club kissing like there is no tommorow. I don't want to see that because i think it's inapropriate. Not because they are gay, but because it's distasteful. And i feel the same when i see a guy and a girl eat face in front of everybody. Not cool.
I know some gays who are really nice people and who act normally. They are gay but they don't do everything they can to let the world know. And i think that this is the problem with some gays that irritates other people.
But here comes a question that many homophobes will think twice about before they answer.
Don't you think that its fookin hot when two girls are at it? That is a homosexual behavior but there is not a single guy that minds it
Try to understand people for who they are and don't throw accusations. Don't judge people because you will always be wrong.
peace.

Before you say "it's just a word"-one of my best friends was beaten to death by members of his fraternity because they thought he was a "faggot" who was going to "come on" to them, despite the fact that he was'nt out or overt about his sexuality and it only became an issue after one of his frat brothers went and outed him to the two men who beat him. He was found in a ditch near the campus where he had presumably strayed off, and he died, according to the coroner's report, of a brain injury sustained in the beating.
