guys ... is there such thing? it would be a great thing to make your own vynil. hmmm "Home Cooked Vynil inc." or "HCV records" "all rights reserved in the fridge, go and look yourself"

YES they do exist. They are called Vynil Cutters. Vestax makes one that will cut vynil from many diffrent sources. Mp3 audio recordings... whatever. It looks incredible. I would be saveing my money for one if they were cheeper... the last price i saw it at was 10,000 US dollers... :(

thanks for the link ... this device seems lacking sound quality: Freq response: 60Hz to 12KHz hmm i think even real hihats are over 12 khz.
guess vynils will be made in studio for now :->

12khz will sound like a wav or mp3 at 32khz instead of 44.1khz. bad. |

dont forget, you basically need to be a skilled master to actually cut vinyl anyway or you do with traditional vinyl cutting hardware i dunno about this vestax kit though |

u need to be skilled in sound, but what do u need to know else ? just put the damn vinyl acetate plate on the cutter, and it does the job... i found this swiss company that does press vinyls, and they have good resources on the subject: http://www.stratozoo.ch/ |

i dont actually know.... but im informed bny people who do that cutting vinyl is an art that requires a lot of skill. possibly something to do with pressure oin the acetate or something, or whatever.....
bu im only repeating what the professionals told me |
