Let's hope the Hollywood superproduction mentality won't ruin a good book (which is almost always the case *sigh*)
BTW in the waiting, people can check out the BBC miniseries Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy made in the 80s. The FX are very low-budget (but kindof increases the comedy of it all IMO) and it respects the lines of the book pretty well. |

I agree moon dancer, I hope that it doesnt go to astray from the book. Read about 3 times and still laugh my ass off!!!

It took me ages to read the entire thing!
The huge book with all the parts in it (5 or 6), in english.
I wonder how the movie will do.
