chemical crew is inviting artists to create remixes for the hit single HIT AND RUN,

chemical might sign some of the artists so start working, HARD !!!

I'm not personally planning on doing a remix...
But for everyone who is... would it not be possible to get a slightly better .wav for remixing?
The wav file is not clean at all, it still has a delay and all the original processing on it, it just sounds like a solo'd vocal track....
Plus there's a massive drop in volume at 0:16...
Not exactly easy to remix and get new interesting results from.

Yeah that wav file isnt perfect at all...
And i don't get how five remixes from unknown producers would get me to pick up the single...

anyhow this aint trance - or good music.
its shit. purely.
and its not opinion you can ask any music teacher.
or just try to find the 3 notes they used see how childish it is.
without the vocals i can make this stupid melody with 3 notes in 3 seconds.. even less.. "happy bithday to u" is even more sufisticated musicly.
not that i have the usual - " anti skazi" thingy.. this one is just realy realy bad song. may be was better when he played guitar in punk bands.. then i had fun dancing to it.
and offcourse lyrics like "number one in japan" is make me wanna puke .. egotrip or what??

this is sad trend, musicians that only want to make money out of old tracks, leting others remix them so they can sell again!
things like this is just a creativity killer for the scene!
the sad shit is that people buy this stuff and encourage remixes that is only there for making some extra money, its not that a artists says to another artist, can i remix your track, at least not in this case, in this case the artist ask other artists to remix his track so he can sell a cd with just the remixes....
its not always bad... but mostly i think...
im kind of splitt when it comes to remixes... i dont like it much but sometimes they give more justice to a track... but in my opinion the artist that remixes a track should really want to do it and feel that s/he can do something good of it... |

first of all.....I think it is a good opportunity for some "Unknown" music-makers to get in such a big project , like this.....
second .....nobody saying that the remix must be in "Chemical stile"....other less.....
and about....Skazi-egotrip....................I know him....
very, very good, personaly....he is some Cool Regular, normal Guy, hwo supporting and loving his frends.....and NO Egotrip.....So stop this "Bull....", PLZ! Show some Respect for someone hwo succed in such a Small communuty genre as TRANCE.....

yeah there is no need to be rude....
S.D6 - we are not the judges of what is music or not...
thats up to each person...
its very low to say something like that... no matter who the person is.
just to get some balance im going to tell you that i find some old skazi tracks to be good...
the thing is that i dont like how some artists are so money horney that they will do almost anything, even if its degrading for the scene....
