first of all you must decide if you mean electronic dance music or just electronic...
beside that i don't understand why you limit yourself at the first album, you should start with the first electronic instrument then..

excluding some bands from the late 60's/70's (tangerine dreams, some of pink floyd etc...) i think house music is among the 1st electronic music to be spinned... it happned in Detroit, in the 80's... and i don't know any album... (ok, in the 80's --> emergence of herbie hancock, then Technotronics  etc,)
Primal House/Trance music the way we know it actually was introduced to Europe in the late 80's, after Paul Oakenfold and Danny Rampling went on a trip to Ibiza (and maybe the moon)... They discovered Acid sounds there, house music based... Fell in love, and started organising parties when they went back home to the UK (that was 1989)...
(don't know about psytrance, but i think it also have roots back in the 60's)

The history begins at the earlier twentieth centruy with the vanguards like futurism ( Russolo), who created the intramuttori machines. Later it arrived the Theremin.Probably the godfather of electronic music i s Stockhousen. The father is Kraftwerk and the sons are us. Jeje Salut!
