120-145-148-150 BPM isn't important to me. As long as the music is in my taste.
As long as it works well while high
To your question. That would be eighter Ambient or drone music =)

I just don't seem to get it. why people really give shit bout the speed?well matter of taste i guess, but it's just seems really stupid to me when someone says like ok now 148 is ok, more is too fast. How do u check it man?Do u have a bpm measure machine in your head or u just bought one and take it to parties to see when it's ok to dance and when it's wrong?

because psytrance is focusing more and more on the dancing crowd and not on the tripper. Some Adam Shaikh tracks sounds like it's on 500 BPM "just" because of the drums running in the background. You do not need a high BPM to make the music go fast. Tandu - Alien Pump is a very fast track. Damn it runs fast. But the BPM are "normal". Use something else then just the BPM to make the music go faster. Use your synth for all I care.

i dont think that tracks on 160 bpm will change something to good ... more speed , means more drugs to ppl, to stay on their foot during the some wierd set of 150-160 bpms ... more drugs mean less chance to realize music as it is ... so in the end we all loose ... i will not starting disscusion that in producing music on lower bpm's u have more chance to play with the sound, more chance to do some good things with it ...but unfortinatly in these days psy trance become one big fast and furious show ...
Now thats probably the most stupid comment of today.

In the name of god i can tell you that u realy
get down from the train path And this is
crazy (And .. --->) Untrue thought . Its even
debilitated but ok i got the point .. You are a
bit turned surrounded & rotated by yours ....
(Drugs) . Tell me pls what is the connection ?
You know .. Sometime ppls with a comments
like this 1 makes me laugh in loud all day .... !
Its true that when u dont smoke your music
(Some times) sound defferent (For good or
bad , Only a mettar of the specific persone ..
And usualy the real reason is a temperament
or a character and your talent , Nothing more
then that) . Cant find 1 connect of those two
things in this case of drugs Vs bmp . Pls write
your comments in a clear clean mind Thx .

It's just you. The frequencies at which the human brain fall into trance haven't changed.
ex:actly
In the human brain, Alpha waves make around 8 to 12 cycles per second (being 8-12 Hz),
running in correlation with the frequency of 16th notes of tempos 120 to 180 bpm.
Average peak of Alpha waves amongst humans is 10 Hz, corresponding to 16th notes in 150 bpm.
Alpha waves mostly produce a relaxed state of mind and can induce certain states of trance,
whereas 'normal day consciousness' Beta frequencies run faster from 12 Hz on up (180+ bpm),
and hypnotic trance & meditation frequencies (Theta waves) range from 4 to 8 Hz (60 - 120 bpm).
Every brain works like an antenna, finetuned for each individual
and therefore each person may resonate at different peak frequencies,
corresponding with favored tempos and preferred style of music
.. could be an interesting project to find out if people who favor a certain type of music
show corresponding ranges of harmonic resonance in their alpha wave activity
