there is some track off the darshan album 'spectra' called 'speed freak' that..um..gets pretty fast (i think) though it starts off pretty slow...

there are 2 tracks with 1000 bpm i know-
1) moby - ( sex something)
2) mandala vadelaz - he only have 4 realelesed - cant remember the name of the track
something very out off the ordinari !!!

Check out : Omni Trio "Haunted Science"
- (Moving Shadow Records)
and Aqua Sky .
it runs at 165bpm und up
very musicaly balanced intelligent music
even on this hi-speed bpm.
you just can't keep run your 4/4bassdrums on this speed , the snare comes in and it becomes drum&bass.

Juno Reactor - Conga Fury is around 160 bpm, but u dont really notice cuz its in a triplet feel...
Insane Behaviour - Datura Inoxica, 150 bpm
Electric Scientists - Do You Seek Knowledge.... 150 also
heaps of Texas Faggott/Mandalavandalz have quite high bpm too, and also some other finnish groups.

You should check out Logic Bomb - Drop Out, I think the Bpm counter goes crazy on this tune!!
I also think this is akiller track on the dancefloor, makes u go crazy.
