Hi i have a question about program (nord generator)

Hi,
i have a program that looks like a Stanalone VST it's calld Nord generator.
i would like to have some information about it and also if can i use it as a vst or somthing with the cubase sx 2.0, also i would like to know if i can use it with my Oxygen 8 midicontroll.
and one more question,
i would like to know how can i program the oxygen 8 knob's,
let say that i want the 1'st knob will be the cuttof and the 2'nd one will be the reso. etc...
i have read the manual but with no success on the programming process,
its ask me to insert some numbers, i saw the list of thosenumbers at the end of the manual but i dont know what they say,
i figured that no' 74 is the cuttof and the 71 is the reso etc.... but i cant applay them to the midi keyoard.
how can i program it for my own use?

i have tryed this allready but have no success with it (the vst) how do i use it even not as a vst in cubase,
i want to use it with my midi keyboard
