I guess you inspired by south african trance
well, the bass Line is not that pushy. its stops at the end of every bar. structure is very confused, Ideas are going in/out with no connection to each other, no mixes between them. Im now at 5:00 - most of the sounds are way bigger than the kick & bass. try to put your kick close to 0 DB and mix from there.           check out! www.soundclick.com/spasm

I'm with billy.
Structure is quite bad.
Most sounds have no connection between them, and almost no sounds at all - quite boring.

NEVER do that. The complete output including EVERYTHING should be at a maximum of 0 DB (and I'm talking WITHOUT a limiter or a compressor on the master output here). You put a kick at that level, anything else you add will cause the sound to clip or at the very least, sound worse. Just raise the volume on your sound system and all will be well.

Anyways, as to the track - as said earlier, volumes are not accurate (most extreme example - the voice sample at 3:48 is at least 3db to loud), and the EQs could use more work... structure-wise, well, needs a lot of work - nothing hits you HARD, which I think is the point of the track - everything is quite mixed up. Lead work is kinda oldschoolish, percussion work kinda minimalist, bassline full-onish and everything else dark danish, and in the end they just don't mix well.           http://www.myspace.com/Hooloovoo222
