Hi 
Yesterday i heard a tune, but i dunno the artists name or title.
it's a melodic tune with a deep off beat bassline (you know, like kick_empty_bass_empty). but the most significant ingredient in this tune was a voice doing "heya!!" in most of the breaks. it's probably a voice of some indian or shaman.
would be cool to dig this one up.

Maybe Sesto Sento - Sneaky Sneaky ot the Triptych rmx.
Also some other Astrix tracks from Artcore have this voice Chaos Theory mentioned.

The only thing about the tracks... None of them has offbeat bassline only. Sneaky Sneaky is very melodic groove bassline, and Astrix is.... Astrix. 
The Sneaky tracks has a part with more "offbeat" like bassline, but with a glide/portamento! This part has a very acid uplifting melody.

i listened to samples of the Sesto Sento and Astrix tunes, and they aren't the one i'm looking for.
so i guess its the tune by Shanti (called "The Promesland" according to Psyshop.com). unfortunately, psyshop managed again to give us a 45 seconds outtake of a break in the tune, so i still cannot verify if its the right tune! but it looks promising! thx PsyChen!

i´m almost sure that it´s the Shanti´s track!!
At least, it´s the only track i know with these sample!
