i dont think you get that magic(chemic between two or more persons) that happens when you work in the same room, side by side... and when you can decide on things in a nano second...

its fun to work like this for a couple of tracks... Audiopathik and I did one track like this last year and was a lot of fun, one was arranging the track and the other just sending over loops in wave files...
it works good cauz the 2 people are focused in different tasks, so you go building very fast.
