Try making sure that all the sound equipment is plugged into only one wall socket. This can sometimes help.

Are you running a desktop or a laptop??
I had a similar issue with my laptop untill I got a 3 prong to 2 prong converter (really cheap workaround) and it stopped that issue entirely.
If you are running a desktop however, I am not certain what to tell you that will help. Sorry mate...

This may be a long shot by try to check if your computer electric cable is crossing over your speaker cables. |

Exchange parts of your system for testing.
Try another soundcard (maybe onboard if u have), maybe tray another gfx card and other hardware.
