Help with the mix please! !

Hi, People of earth! I come to you in times of need, (hehe I always wanted to say that:)) Im working in a song, and theres a particular sound that I cant eq the right way! I was hoping if any of you good people, could lend me your ears for a sec! The noise comes right at 3.24 then 3:31 and so on, I repeats it self giving some type of rythm, but that particular frequency just sounds really diferent in every speaker or headphone I try it on, so maybe Im doing something wrong, The noise it supposed tu help the bass!. Any ways I hope my english is not that bad, Im a bit rusty  !But thank you in advance!! and have a great day! Yeah, it sounds a bit like it's colliding with the mix: you already have a beat going, it has it's space and the listener has been 3.24 minutes setting this as the reference.. than that sound (lets call it Banana) comes in and it seems to be fighting with the mix instead of flowing with it. I'd say take off the low end off the Banana, but you want it to "help the bass", so that'll be a no no.
I'd then suggest some sidechaining with the beat - the idea is to put a LP filter on the beat, isolating only low frequencies, than feed that to a sidechain HP filter on the Banana, so it cuts out the low frequencies.
This way, the Banana won't spit out any bass frequencies when there is bass coming from the beat, but still plays it's mid and high frequencies, thus giving tone and character to your existing bass.
