how to get synth sound @ 1.04.?

I'm guessing you mean the one right before the kick and bass come in. it sound like a single Osc square with a lowpass filter opening up with some resonance on it as well also you could do the pitching at the end via automation,pitch bend wheel, lfo,and glide aka portemento depending on what synth you use as for fx just play around with both delay and reverb .
