The DJM-500 is a true 4-ch, but channel 4 is the PHONO/SUB-MIC input. I NEED to be able to plug a CD player into this input.

So here is my question.

Is there any sort of small transformer/adaptor or Modification for this mixer that will allow me convert the signal from a Phono input to a line input.

Any/All feedback is greatly appreciated.

Phono is Analogue and the Line In is Digital.
