Thanks to all for the advices i'll learn some musical scales and still experiment, by reading all replies i see theres no formula wich at the end of the day is the best solution, do what i wish and see if it sounds good. i would appreciate if some one knows any site whre i can find some piano scales i know the basics so it would be very helpful as a complement.

Yeah, I think that learning music theory is a very good idea. I think some people get the wrong idea about theory, thinking that it stifles you and blocks you in and forces you to follow all these rules. Of course, music is about breaking the rules; and when you learn theory, one thing it does is make it so you will "break the rules" when you're doing it *on purpose,* rather than because you don't understand what the "rule" even is.

My friend Dyode said it best: "The reason you study is because it makes you notice variables in the situation that you were never aware of before."

Knowing theory doesn't mean you have to follow it.
It just makes things easier.

u dont think knowing it influences u? even if only unconsciously? but ye i agree it can make things easier.. depends what u want.. for me most important is that a melody sounds good , with or without possible false notes... viva jazz           ill push u over the edge, and will be smiling when u cant take anymore, at that point ill push a little harder till u experience true psychdelica

hi spaceman

well i've found after a while that some minor scales work very well specially for that creepy feel on artists like gms i can give some examples of this scales using the english system in wich A=la B=si C=do D=re and so on b means flat (1/2 note down)

natural minor scale in C (do)
C D Eb F G Ab Bb

armonic minor scale in C (do)
C D Eb F G Ab B

melodic minor scale in C (do)
C D Eb F G A B

good luck!!!

enjoy
