Heres my problem:
I have loaded 2 instruments in kontakt. But when I press a note from my keyboard, or a recorded note is played from the sequencer both of the instruments are triggered. I have already routed the first instrument to 1+2 output and the second to 3+4 but this didn't work. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Change the MIDI channel on both instruments so that they are recieving on diffferent channels. The control for this is to the left of the output assignment and reads 'Omni' by default, indicating that the instrument will recieve data on any MIDI channel.
