Hi people!
I installed FLStudio and some patterns don't play (they're in red color). So i look for .wav sound associated with the sampler, and i try to play with winamp and windows media player and nothing happens. It seems that i don't have a codec to play the .wav file. Anyone knows where can i get this Codec?

only non full FL have this becos the ppl that make this remove wavs to make the FL smaller ..
the best way for u is to buy the FL and than u can have all sampels .. |

hey guiga ,
i know i can help wid this ..
fl studio uses .wavs as samples to load up in its samplers , but also uses wav files wid ogg vorbis acm codecs ..
so all tht channles that appear red in ur project are beacuse they use the coded samples while u havnet installed the codec .
the codec comes with fl studio and to install go to ur drive where fl is installed .
so if its installed on c drive for ex. go to
c:\program files\fl studio 4.1\system\installers
and here u will find vorbis.acm file ...
right click on it and select install .
after it installs restart fl studio and u should be set ..
if in the futire u install any other windows media player codecs or sumthin , be sure to repeat this , coz the vorbis plugin is replaced with other file version which again fl dosent recognize ..

also pls note that as amit said that some samples might be missing and all tht shit ...
its nuthin like that ..
no samples are missing .. only the codec is |
