Hi there i don't know how to do this in cubase 3:

It's only the bass drum repiting very fast.
I know is a stupid question but i cannot do it in cubase.

DO u mean u can´t copy the bassdrum for fast repeat???

If so I think u need to use the Snap/Quantize option. At top right of the arrange u can see some dark box. The second from right to left left is the one for Grid Type. Maybe u are using BEAT mode, so u can place audio only at beat point. Choose "use quantize", and at the next box choose the appropriated "quantize type" (1/64 gives u lots of control, but be sure to zoom in the part for perfect positioning). Just to mention, this apllies if u work with audio tracks.

And the sample sounds like a bassdrum+snare(the very fast part can be snare only).
