Help with Deja Vu Recs

I had ordered a cd from deja vu on dec 9th, i still havent recieved the package and deja vu refuses to answer my mails, i have already been charged for it on my card, i have sent deja vu atleast 10mails but they refuse to answer me.
Can someone from deja vu please answer my query.
The deja vu shop too is under construction so i cannot even check about my order.

i bought the entire catalog from dejavu webshop and it arrived few days later so im quite sure you will get yours aswell

mutch more people didnt get their ordering (dejavurec.forum) or any replys to the bunch of emails ... not even moderaters are responding , its very sad =(
i hope ill get my ordering as soon it is possible

Uggggghhhh... So frustrating. I want to buy their catalog, too, and they don't return any emails. The shop says it's under construction, but somehow I doubt that right now. I have heard success stories from folks who have ordered directly from Deja Vu, and I have seen horror stories on the label's own forum about people who have been waiting over a month for CDs.
I have thus far made a few attempts to contact them and have taken no action since I've received no response. Is anyone at this label actually concerned about running a business? |
