theres a program called beatburner...it basically loops any wav into any bpm you want.

all the above answers+ old one- play the click in your sequencer and set the tempo up and down until it fits-

and one more nice thing- it called TapTempo

run it, play the song, and press the spacebar on every beat; after a few seconds, you'll see the tempo displayed- here's the link-

thats if you have really good beat in your hands.....because only pro drummers stay in the same beat for 3 or more minutes without losing a beat or two.

if u have winamp u might find this little plugin useful. not too sure if it works with short loops though...
