don't u have any hosting provider/friend?
or use any of those free providers like geocities and other..just search for free hosting, i am sure, nowadays it shouldn't be so hard;)

You can also use internet music promotion sites, like www.mp3.com, which giving an artist free space to host its profile and music.

see what other people do....
ps. i wouldn't reccomend mp3.com they are so uncomfortable.
