Hello, ,
This is my first try with UV PAINTs, , i got myself a pack of LUMASERIES BLACK LIGHT PAINTS.. . i painted some design on my Tshirt.. but the problem is, the paints are washable,(which they have mentioned on the packing) .. but is there any way you can use UVPAINTS that are NOT Washed by water. which stay as permanent paints? ?
I plan to make a backdrop, is there a solution or something that needs to be added to make the paint waterproof ??
