Help to midi mapping BCR 2000 in Cubase

I got a Behringer BCR2000 controller and i need some help to install the knops.
I already got to the point where i can control the midi controller from the computer(when i turn the knops in Cubase the light is moving on my BCR)
But i need some help:
When i turn the knops on my BCR it won't react on the VST instrument in Cubase.
Can anybody guide me in the rest of the setup?

for some reason there were problems with the USB cable :/ |
