help to install hardware synth on cubase..

hello!
i recently bought a bass station keyboard and i m trying to install it on cubase and don't seem to get what's going on..i ve read the manual and tried some routings and settings with no result.
the setup is cubase sx2,emu1212 soundcard and the synth..
what do i have to do?
can u help me out??
