I've been using fruityloops ever since I started, what... 3 years ago, I suppose.

While my songs sound decent, they are nowhere near professional, in my opinion.

Which music program is considered to be the most esteemed... IE, which do the more elite producers use to compose? I have a midi in/out capable soundcard, plus a roland phantom (keyboard), so I would need to hook that up too.

Thanks

Buy logic or cubase (or nuendo or sonar or....) man no matter how decent the design of your track is youll never get "proper" sound quality if you dont process your signal through a sequencer so you can apply all sorts of effects to improve your sound.......hope i helped......

xaeron i was aslo using on fl studio from about 2 yrs till now ...

and i also felt that after writing entire tracks in fruity with all the automation i ever needed , they just wouldnt sound up to the mark ...

thts when a frnd of mine and some good ppl out here on isratrance introduced me to reason and cubase ...

both programs are way better than fruity is , but u must also keep in mind tht even though fruity is not soo very professional , it still has to offer some things which other programs dont ...

so currently im using fl studio and reason 2.5 for jus the composing part will all external vsti 's and then bounce them and use the tracks in cubase

where i do the main sequencing and apply all effects and also the final mixdown ..

the results are far more better and much satisfying

so get hooked onto cubase man ...

even fruity and cubase make a good combo
