i started a new track in cubase for a week ago....everything went fine until i started 2 hear some distorsion sound with every move i make and when i play the track there....
someone can help me here plz?

Check out the master section. Perhaps you put some global effect that screw all the channels?

may be your cables thru the sound card got messed up or may be some interupts causing that... |

u hear distortion when u move? if its really when u urself move physically it's got to be a ground-loop... And u moving around has an influence on the electromagnetic field that's causing the ground-loop. |

...and if you have a ground loop,
try connecting your equipment to come only out of one electricity outlet (with a spliter offcourse...) or as minimum as possible...see if it helps. |

MOICH, how fast is your computer ?
The "distorted" noise might be your computer that cannot keep-up with all it's trying to process !!!
This results in crackles !!! Maybe perceived by you as "distortion"!!!
Check your CPU level...if it's going red, you are using to much vst's or vsti's...
