Help plz....Waves bundle is making my Cubase crash???

Hello ppl....
I have been facing this problem since quite some time. When i load a certain plugin/processor from the Waves bundle...like the paragraphic EQ or the the limiter, either there is no sound at all on tat channel or therz a sudden distorted boost. And eventually my cubase would crash with a msg sayin....DirectX wrapper failed...
this problem occurs only with a few selected processors like the one mentioned above, rest of the processors on the wave bundle work fine.
Would really appreciate if someone could help me on this.

sure thing man, he just sold out his last psy trance album with 20 copies and got enough money to pay for internet, which he at once used to get to Wave's forum

on topic: which bundle? if mercury, try to uninstall in with something like Uninstall tool or Your Uninstaller!
then check every possible place where else Waves could leave files. then reboot and install again. write the result.
