i got 2 questions:

1. Can anyone give me a link to a site that provides good (hebrew prefered, but english is fine too) PC tech support by email or a forum.

2. I need tutorials\manuals\electronic books of 3D MAX (5.0 or lower) or photoshop (7.0 or lower). Can anyone send or give me a website that could help?

dude a simple google search will get you what hod wrote here and much more.
use google.
examples:
for photosop:

i would recommend you to download a pdf (e-book) of photoshop guide.
it comes with the software i think.

in some of the photoshop sites you can find tutorials about 3DSMAX too...
but better buy a book for it because it's really really hard
