So I got everything installed, thinking I only needed to start Cubase and the rest would be explained by itself.

Well not!

I have created a midi controller within Cubase, which is my Novation.
Now what do I need to do, to get for example Albino triggered by it?

I'm reading the manual and it's telling me all sort of things to do and stuff, but I bought this thing to make life easier.
Not to break my head for hours and hours on it, just getting it to work.

It's already tiring be too much.

(what's bothering me to, are those annoying hard unplayable rubber tap buttons)

I'm reading this from the manual, but I'm not understanding a single word from it.

'Albino - Manual Templates
Location in Remote SL : Templates 24 and 25
Title : Albino 1 and 2
Two manual templates are used to create the Albino Mapping. Controls for the Arpeggiator are positioned on the buttons below the
sliders on the right.
In order for the Albino Templates onboard the SL to work, the file ‘Albino.mod’ on the Resources disc needs to be imported into the Albino
plug-in. To do this, take the following actions:
1. Click the ECS (Easy Controller Setup) button next to the ALBINO 2 logo within the plug-in
2. Select Load
3. Navigate to ‘Albino.mod’ in the Resources folder on the Resources disc and click Load'

If anyone is so nice, maybe to explain in as few words as possible what I need to do, just to get it up and running?

This thing is really testing my patience right now, and it's come to and end!

Dude, it's much easier! Go to novation web site, check out latest updates, install, open cubase (make sure automap server is running), when you create a midi controller don't create generic - choose novation automap or something should be in the list like that. If it's not then you gotta write an e-mail to novation support to help you set up remote in cubase. But i am pretty sure it's in the updated installer! Now don't change any of the input/output channels for midi, just load vsti and midi track choose vsti in its output. You might wanna make sure the input for midi track is set for all inputs if you still don't get it up. Anyway if you register with novation web site you can browse through faqs etc... it's all there.           Monitoring devices, know where you go

Oh, yeah i forgot, you might need to create an automap version of Albino (or any vsti you want to control) in the plug-ins manager of automap server! otherwise they don't work with automap           Monitoring devices, know where you go
