Hello people I have bought recently 2 numark axis 4 cdj's from the USA. Everything was going fine until one of them today didn't want to load the discs  ((( . When I put the disc in it says load, on the screen and then it makes a strange sound like something is trying to move but it cannot and then again the same thing and at the end it says no disc !!!! :'( shit! They are brand new and here I don't think we have an authorised dealer and tech support (( Can somebody help me please!??!?!

Same thing happens both with CD-R and original CDs ?

@Trip- yes! it happens with both original and CD-R
@cytopia they are brand new
I managed to somehow solve the problem for the time being , by putting a data disc inside and then the cdj reads it like a normal audio disc but you cannot play it, and then it works with a normal audio disc as if nothing happened , but it's not the best solution because they can turn me down anytime ((

I think there is just a small problem of mechanism, you can open it and fix the problem yourself, it will be just a adjustment to move down or up, and check the mechanism by checking it on and open!
Search about how to fix the Slot in problem in Pioneer s100 ( most famous ) in search engine online, you will find a lot !!
