Help needed Identifying a track /artist

i have tried to find out who this is now for 3 years. i want to sign the track from artist,but cant find out what it is!!
its is melodic & morning style , with beautifull string sections |

Thats kinda cool but really annoying I would say.
Just release it, you have done just about everything to find its owner

Sounded really old. Reminds me of some early 3D Vision releases, never heard it before though. |

i wish i could help but i never listen this before..
wish you luck finding the owner but i dont agree with azz. if you like it keep it with you and play it every time you like but dont make money  give money to artist

other idea is to keep trying looking for the producer for 7 more years and surley you'll find him and then you can realese a 10 years retro comp of your lable

i think u shld go ahead and release it
when the creator of the track approaches u wioth his lawyers just be prepared 
IMO the creator is not in it for money and hence he wont sue u
so go ahead take the plunge and relese this killer track
At the end there is a DOOR & waiting for you on the other side of that door is either HEAVEN or HELL |
