Help needed - Fl studio export

Hi everybody.
I am having some problems with my FL Studio 8.0.0 XXL Producer edition.
I recently formated my system and reinstalled everything. But now I don't have the 24-bit export option any more in FL.
I only have 16 and 32-bit float.
Anyone know what to do? I really need to export in 24-bit, since my label only want's 24 bit files for mastering...

in the 8.5 beta 3 i have this option. try this.

psycox > I really don't wanna install the 8.5 beta. As I said, I had the 24bit option before I reinstalled my system, that's what I don't understand... I have tried downgrading and upgrading asio and soundcard drivers. I have all newest system drivers installed.

i cant understand this bug. i think its not a problem of the codecs. the 24bit option excists on all fl version i used. i would ask this on fl studio forum to get a hint from one of the coders. do you have the same problem when using edison (save dialog or sample prop.)?

Yup.. same thing... But I do remember having more options in my sound-device selection screen.
Something like Full Duplex Directwave, which I don't have anymore... maybe this could be the problem... But I have no idea why theese drivers aren't installed, since I have both my onboard soundcard installed and directx 9c, along with my delta1010LT drivers...

Tsabi, I have had the same problem on Fl with 32 bit files. 24 bit seems to work fine here.
Bandarlog, Fl Studio supports 24 bit export since version 8. It might even be that Xun only needs to get a new regkey, I would reinstall Fl first.
I would not just yet go as far as reinstalling windows just yet, it always is such a pain in the ass to do that, so try whatever else before you do......
